Hatty joined Ardent in September 2020. She is responsible for investor relations, corporate marketing initiatives, social media management, event organisation, internal HR as well as administrative assistance for the team.

Prior to Ardent, Hatty worked in insurance on the yacht claims desk for Craftinsure, a Yacht MGA. She also was an Events Assistant at Bemanic Events, where she helped organise parties and weddings.  

She is a graduate of Quest Professional where she achieved a distinction certificate for the Business Apprentice program.

Hatty was previously in the GBR Youth Squad for sailing both the Feva and 29er dinghies, where she travelled the UK and Europe to compete.
