London-based premium women’s sports brand Sweaty Betty has opened a store in upscale US ski resort Aspen today in time for the forthcoming ski season.
The seasonal store will be dedicated skiwear and apres-ski; a growing category for the business, which was founded almost 20 years ago.

Yoox Net-A-Porter Group (YNAP) is gearing up for the peak pre-Christmas online shopping spree, Cyber Weekend, and says it expects self-gifting of hard luxury items such as fine jewellery, watches and party wear to be a key sales driver.
The online luxury group expects orders to peak at around one every two seconds during Cyber Weekend and is ramping up capacity at it eight distribution centres to cope with demand while each of its businesses has special events and content to drive sales.

96% of shoppers in the capital say they will shop with a retailer who offers a timed delivery slot and 89% say the delivery provider influences their purchase.
A new survey of 1,000 London shoppers, conducted by Vitreous World on behalf of Brisqq, revealed that while timed delivery slots were a major deciding factor when choosing a retailer more than two thirds of respondents (67%) believed those currently offered were “too vague”, while 31% felt delivery options were not flexible enough to meet the demands of their busy lifestyles.

Nutmeg has today become the UK's first online wealth manager to reach more than £1bn in assets under management, after doubling its number of customers to 48,700 in the last 12 months.
Year-on-year, the business's assets under management have ballooned by 93 per cent, trampling over the sector's average increase of 17 per cent over the same period.

The vast majority (84%) of UK entrepreneurs are looking to raise up to £10m each next year.
That’s according to a new report by EY, which also found that 72% of those surveyed want to raise up to £5m.
The EY Fast Growth Tracker interviewed 371 business owners about their fundraising and exit plans. The report found that funding continues to be the biggest hurdle for UK business success, with half of respondents saying it was the largest constraint to their growth.

Shoppable recipes have become a key marketing strategy for AmazonFresh. In addition to its Allrecipes partnerships, last month Amazon partnered with Fexy Media, owner of Serious Eats and other food culture and recipe sites, to add buying and delivery through Prime Now. Then just this morning, recipe site EatLove, which develops weekly meal plans and recipes around consumer preferences and dietary restrictions, announced that it has inked a similar deal with AmazonFresh.
